Solution Architect Ecolab is looking for a Solution Architect to design and implement technical solutions to meet the business needs of Ecolab Global Business Services GBS and Corporate Platforms organization The Solution Architect will apply engineering and programming best practices to craft the overall technical vision collaborating with other technology teams and business stakeholders to ensure the technical solution meets the business needs Self-motivated professional able to function independently and within a team structure What s in it For You The opportunity to take on some of the world s most meaningful challenges helping customers achieve clean water safe food and healthy environments The ability to make an impact and shape your career with a company that is passionate about growth The support of an organization that believes it is vital to include and engage diverse people perspectives and ideas to achieve our best What You Will Do Develop blueprints for solution design utilizing existing tools framework or new capabilities Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and Security to ensure final solution blueprint meets expectations Assess existing technologies and evaluate new technologies to design solutions that are scalable secure and cost effective Contribute to overall technical design on new projects or when enhancing existing platforms Act as liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate technical details into understandable terms for business leaders Collaborate with technology peers and third-party vendor technical teams on design features capabilities Create and maintain detailed solution architecture documentation and diagrams Minimum Qualifications Bachelor s degree in relevant discipline Computer Science Engineering or equivalent work experience Minimum 5 years experience in Information Technology Minimum 3 years experience designing software architecture including cloud computing and SaaS solutions Knowledge of security database hardware networks and cloud virtualization concepts Experience with solution design for platforms running in Azure or AWS Experience with integration platforms and ETL tools MuleSoft Informatica Fivetran Able to act independently seeking guidance and advice as appropriate Preferred Qualifications Business Acumen Order to Cash OTC Source to Pay STP Record to Report RTR Experience with SAP integrated business applications Experience with Lucidchart or similar tool A trusted partner at nearly three million commercial customer locations Ecolab ECL is the global leader in water hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services With annual sales of 13 billion and more than 45 000 associates Ecolab delivers comprehensive solutions data-driven insights and personalized service to advance food safety maintain clean and safe environments optimize water and energy use and improve operational efficiencies and sustainability for customers in the food healthcare hospitality and industrial markets in more than 170 countries around the world When you come to work at Ecolab you get to take on some of the world s most meaningful challenges and have the opportunity to learn and grow shape your career make an impact and quickly see the importance of your work For more Ecolab news and information visit Follow us on Twitter Facebook at LinkedIn at or Instagram at
