About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to manage end-to-end MICE operations along with vendor contracting, international coordination, and on-ground event execution. The role requires strong operational capabilities, destination knowledge, and client management skills to deliver seamless corporate events and incentive programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute corporate meetings, incentive tours, conferences, and events across domestic and international locations.
  • Manage complete event logistics, including travel, hotels, rooming lists, transportation, meals, and on-ground operations.
  • Prepare detailed itineraries, costing, proposals, event flow plans, and client presentations.
  • Handle vendor contracting such as hotel negotiations, DMC tie-ups, transport vendors, and service rate agreements.
  • Maintain updated rate sheets, vendor databases, seasonal pricing, and competitive comparisons.
  • Coordinate with overseas DMCs for quotations, itinerary support, ground handling, and destination arrangements.
  • Manage bookings via online booking engines (OBE) and ensure accuracy in confirmations and travel documents.
  • Possess strong visa process knowledge and support end-to-end visa coordination for groups and corporate travelers.
  • Demonstrate strong destination knowledge for both long-haul and short-haul markets to support itinerary creation and product planning.
  • Create customized itinerary planning as per client requirements, budgets, and travel objectives.
  • Maintain strong client communication and relationship management throughout pre-event, on-ground, and post-event stages.
  • Monitor event budgets, billing, vendor payments, and handle complete post-event financial reconciliation.
  • Lead on-site event operations to ensure smooth execution and quick resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Sales, Ticketing, Accounts, and Contracting for seamless service delivery.
  • Tour manager/escorting for groups (added advantage).
  • Maintain essential operational reports including DSR, WSR, MSR, QSR, MIS, and event documentation for management review and continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in B.A, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–6 years of experience in MICE operations, events, travel contracting, or corporate travel.
  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with online booking engines.
  • Willingness to travel for domestic and international events.
