Job Description:

Verma Industries is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Tender Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete tendering process, including identification, documentation, submission, coordination, and follow-ups for government and private sector projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify relevant tenders from online portals (Gem, CPPP, eProcurement, etc.).
  • Analyze tender documents to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
  • Prepare technical and financial bids in coordination with internal departments.
  • Ensure timely submission of tenders with accurate and complete documentation.
  • Maintain and update records of submitted, successful, and unsuccessful bids.
  • Handle vendor registration and documentation on e-tendering platforms.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to resolve queries and ensure compliance.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience: 3 to 8 years in tendering or bid management roles.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Hands-on experience with Gem, CPPP, and e-tendering portals

  • Soft Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently
