Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a knack for precision in tender processes? We are looking for a dedicated Tender Specialist to join our team, bringing expertise in tender filling, document handling, and a keen understanding of CBC (Central Bureau of Communications), GEM and NFDC procedures. This role is critical in ensuring timely, accurate submissions and enhancing our overall bidding efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tender Documentation & Submission
  • CBC/NFDC/GEM Portal Knowledge & Compliance
  • Drafting & Correspondence
  • Coordination & Follow-Up

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years in a similar role with strong experience in tendering processes. Agency background will be given preference
  • Documentation Skills: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to compile, verify, and complete documents promptly.
  • Proficiency in CBC Standards: Comprehensive knowledge of CBC guidelines and ability to adhere to compliance standards.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for drafting letters and coordinating with stakeholders effectively.
