Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Manager located in Haryana, India. The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within the service department, ensuring adherence to safety standards and efficient service delivery. Responsibilities include managing service staff, scheduling maintenance and repairs, coordinating with clients, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations, and maintaining records of all service activities. The Service Manager will also engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in service management, particularly within the aviation or aerospace industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and client coordination abilities
- In-depth knowledge of safety standards and aviation regulations
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Aviation Management, Aerospace Engineering, or similar
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Fluency in English; fluency in Hindi is preferable
- Proficiency in using service management software and tools
