Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include managing client relationships, conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and providing sales reports and forecasts. The role also involves training and mentoring sales team members to ensure high performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Management, including team leadership and strategy development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Market research and business development skills
  • Analytical skills for sales forecasting and reporting
  • Experience in the B2B sector is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Multilingual abilities and experience in e-commerce are a plus
