About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SEO Specialist
with strong analytical abilities, proven B2B experience, and a deep understanding of search engine behaviours. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of our SEO strategy—driving targeted traffic, improving search rankings, and optimising conversion funnels for a business-focused audience.

Key Responsibilities

·      Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies
for B2B lead generation and brand visibility.

·      Conduct
technical SEO audits
and implement solutions to improve site speed, crawlability, indexation, and overall site health.

·      Perform detailed
keyword research
, competitor analysis, and market insight reporting.

·      Optimise on-page elements including metadata, internal linking, content structure, schema markup, and user experience.

·      Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to create SEO-driven landing pages and resources.

·      Build and manage
high-quality backlink strategies
, ensuring white-hat and industry-compliant practices.

·      Track performance across Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and third-party SEO tools; prepare
monthly/quarterly reports
with insights and action plans.

·      Stay updated with the latest B2B SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.

·      Support paid performance marketing teams to maintain
SEO–SEM alignment
and improved overall ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications

·      Minimum 4+ years
of hands-on SEO experience (B2B experience mandatory).

·      Strong understanding of
technical SEO
, site architecture, and analytics.

·      Proficiency in tools such as
Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, GSC, MOZ
, etc.

·      Experience working with
long sales cycles
, lead-gen funnels, and industry-based keyword strategies.

·      Ability to interpret data, build insights, and propose actions based on analytics.

·      Solid understanding of
HTML, CSS
, and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).

·      Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across departments.

Preferred Qualifications

·      Experience handling international SEO
, multi-language, or multi-region websites.

·      Understanding of CRO, UX, and content marketing principles.

·      Experience in B2B sectors such as manufacturing, export, SaaS, industrial, or enterprise products.
