Designation - Marketing Expert

Qualification:

  • BE/BTech/Postgraduate with 60% marks.
  • Or full-time regular MBA/PGDM/PGDBM/Masters or equivalent in Marketing/Mass Communication/International Marketing from reputed institutes with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
  • Preferred Educational Qualification: Diploma in Aviation.

Relevant Experience:

  • Minimum overall experience of 5 years with experience in market strategy, research & analysis, media outreach, partnerships, and collaborations.
  • At least 3 years working with state/central government or PSUs.
  • Experience handling projects involving planning & implementation of marketing initiatives with government/PSUs.
  • Experience preparing market development reports.
  • Experience organizing marketing/outreach events.
  • Experience creating marketing collaterals for product/service promotion.

Responsibility Areas:

  • Review existing aerospace and defence manufacturing ecosystem in the state.
  • Prepare entrepreneurship enhancement plans for aerospace and defence manufacturing.
  • Assist in aerospace and defence manufacturing development and integration with allied projects.
  • Design communication strategies for Haryana Aerospace and Defence Manufacturing Policy promotion.
  • Support Integrated Manufacturing Cluster development and promotion.
  • Develop promotional materials and implement marketing strategies.
  • Conduct surveys to collect relevant market and land data.
  • Develop training modules and conduct training programs.
  • Create business strategy and marketing/branding plans for airport promotion.
  • Support access to new generation marketing channels like social media.
