We want to be the largest and most trusted Indian brand in this spaceFounder’s profile- Amit Agrawal (IIM Calcutta, CA) - 5 years at Scaling Unicorn startups (Directly build businesses of 100mn$+ with exposure in Finance, Tech and Gaming)- Motilal Agrawal - ICWA - 20+ years of Operations & FinanceWe are 45 member team with 40 people in our Plant in Odisha. We are building a business team in Gurgaon which currently has 5 people.ROLES -- Customer Consultation on Call - Conduct detailed consultations and assessments of patients’ health conditions using Ayurvedic principles.- Quality Checks - Ensure product quality and compliance standards are met. Should have knowledge in Raw Herbs & Finished Products Quality checking.- Content Writing & Research - Research and mantain content about ayurvedic herbs and natural personal care products - Post and update informational content on Social media channels- New Product Development - Work with the procurement and operations teams to source ingredients and test new materials.This role is for you if you are passionate about Ayurveda, have a strong background in classical Ayurvedic preparations, and are eager to contribute to the modernization of Ayurvedic formulations while upholding traditional principles.Qualifications- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Ayurveda (BAMS / MD Ayurveda)- Consultaiton and Diagnostic skills in line with Ayurvedic principles- Experience in working with regulatory standards (AYUSH, FSSAI).What We Offer:- A competitive CTC depending on fit- Directly working with Founder providing mentorship opportunities- All Tools for Creativity + Gen AI Suite for easy workOffice Details- Location - Innov8 Coworking, CLC Tower, Sector 44, Near Huda Metro, Gurgaon (Link)- Office Timings - 10:30 to 6:30pm- 6 days Work week (Saturdays are WFH)
