**Void2one Solutions HIRING Performance Marketing Expert**

**Job Role**: Performance Marketing Expert is responsible for creating and implementing setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns to display ads and retarget them across verticals, such as SEM, display advertising, social media, affiliate marketing, content discovery platforms, etc.

**Skill set required**:

- Must be an open minded, curious and a strong problem solver.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent copywriting skills.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks at a time.
- Ability to link training outcomes to business Key Evaluation Matrices (KEM).
- Ability to analyze data and create learning solutions based on trends
- Must have prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, include affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media and other digital channels.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan.
- Develop and oversee overall performance marketing strategy.
- Create and manage Google Ad campaigns. (SEM)
- Create and manage Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads. (Social media advertising)
- Ensure top organic search ranking positions (SEO).
- Regularly review and optimise all advertising campaigns for positive ROAS.
- Manage paid listings on third party websites and media partners.
- Manage Google Analytics to track and measure all marketing campaigns.
- Conduct regular conversion rate optimisation audits and execute A/B tests, user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the brands’ digital channels and assets.
- Plan and launch with app marketing campaigns for - lead gen and conversion.
- Should be a pro in data analysis & deriving data-oriented solutions to drive business KPIs - Experience with handling budgets at scale across channels.
