Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager position based in Bhopal. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning and executing social media marketing strategies, creating content, optimizing social media platforms, and developing content strategies that align with brand goals. The role includes constant monitoring and analysis of social media performance metrics and collaborating with the team to improve audience engagement and online presence. The ideal candidate will also communicate effectively across teams and with clients to ensure a cohesive and impactful social media strategy.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to build and enhance online presence.
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal teams and engage with audiences.
  • Experience in developing Content Strategy and executing creative campaigns across various platforms.
  • Proven ability in Writing to craft engaging, concise, and impactful social media messages.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools to monitor and evaluate social media performance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and an ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
