We're Hiring: Social Media Manager (On-Site | Kolar, Bhopal)

Location - Kolar, Bhopal (On-site only)

Experience - Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute social media strategies for multiple brands

  • Create and manage monthly content calendars

  • Write strong captions, hooks & CTAs

  • Handle shoot management — planning, coordination, execution

  • Coordinate with photographers & videographers during shoots

  • Work closely with designers; basic Canva knowledge is mandatory

  • Manage client coordination: updates, feedback, approvals

  • Track performance: reach, engagement, saves, leads (not just likes)

  • Stay updated with reels, trends, algorithms & platform changes

  • Maintain brand tone and consistency across all platforms

  • You can explain why content performs (or fails)

  • You understand the business goals behind social media

  • You take ownership — no spoon-feeding

  • You respect deadlines and workflows

  • You handle feedback professionally
