Requirements

  • Manage and grow HackerKernel's social media accounts.
  • Create and publish engaging, brand-aligned content.
  • Promote company services, achievements, and culture.
  • Plan platform-specific marketing strategies to boost reach & engagement.
  • Monitor analytics and generate insights for improvement.
  • Stay updated with trends and new platform features.

Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms.
  • Content creation and basic design knowledge (Canva or similar).
  • Good communication and creative thinking.
  • Ability to analyze performance and optimize strategy.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
