Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an Offline Sales Manager specializing in mobile accessories. The Offline Sales Manager will oversee the strategy and execution of sales activities in offline markets, build and maintain relationships with distributors and retailers, and ensure sales targets are met. Daily tasks include identifying potential business opportunities, implementing sales plans, managing teams, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to achieve business growth and brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Sales and business development skills, including experience in offline sales, client acquisition, and building strong distributor and retailer networks.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to foster strong professional relationships and motivate sales teams.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to evaluate market trends, identify growth opportunities, and implement successful sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in sales management software, CRM tools, and reporting tools for monitoring and optimizing sales performance.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide teams, resolve challenges, and achieve organizational goals.
  • Understanding of the electronics or mobile accessories market is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant experience in offline sales is essential.
