Job Description

The Inside Media Executive will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing media-related activities to support brand visibility, marketing campaigns, and client engagement. The role focuses on digital media operations, campaign performance, and media relationship management to maximize ROI and brand impact.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing media campaigns across digital, print, and broadcast platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for smooth media operations.
  • Monitor media campaign performance, prepare analytics reports, and suggest optimization strategies.
  • Manage media schedules, bookings, and inventory to ensure timely campaign delivery.
  • Maintain relationships with media partners, vendors, and influencers.
  • Support content development and alignment with media strategies.
  • Track competitor media activities and industry trends for insights.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and proposals for media initiatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to corporate communication standards.
  • Support the marketing team in digital promotions, social media management, and paid campaigns.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Media, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field.
  • 01–02 years of experience in media planning, buying, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of media channels (digital, print, broadcast, OOH).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, media planning tools, and digital analytics platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
