Field Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and maintaining existing client relationships.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and drive repeat business.
Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate value to clients.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Fresher or proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
Industry Experience: Experience in a similar industry or company.
