General Guideline of the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Learning & Development (L&D) professional to design, deliver, and implement training strategies that enhance employee performance and support organizational growth in the real estate sector. The role involves developing training programs tailored for sales teams, customer service, project management, compliance, and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Identify training requirements across departments including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Relations, and Site Management.
  • Program Design & Delivery: Develop and implement structured training modules for sales excellence, client relationship management, compliance, and technical knowledge relevant to real estate.
  • Sales & Product Training: Conduct training programs to improve sales effectiveness, negotiation skills, product knowledge (projects, pricing, RERA compliance), and market insights.
  • Leadership & Behavioral Development: Organize soft skills, communication, leadership, and team-building workshops to enhance overall employee effectiveness.
  • Onboarding & Induction: Design and deliver engaging onboarding programs for new hires to align them with company culture, policies, and business goals.
  • Compliance & Regulatory Training: Ensure workforce awareness and compliance with RERA, safety norms, and other legal aspects of real estate.
  • Assessment & Feedback: Develop assessment tools to measure training effectiveness, track performance improvements, and provide regular feedback to business leaders.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with business heads to align training with organizational goals and ensure measurable outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, training methodologies, and real estate best practices to enhance training effectiveness.
