Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Resident Engineer – Audio Video located in NCR. The Service Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including troubleshooting audio-video systems, performing field service operations, providing technical support, and maintaining and repairing equipment. The role involves frequent interaction with customers and coordination with team members to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Qualifications

  • Diploma holder with 4 years of experience  or B.Tech / BE with 2+ years of practical experience in installation and maintenance of Video Conference System & Audio Video Equipment
  • Knowledge of networking and IT infrastructure related to AV systems
  • High Proficiency in Creating/Controlling Meetings on Zoom/Webex/Teams & IP. Good knowledge of features here
  • Good Experience & Knowledge of Video Conference Systems of Poly & Cisco. Products like G7500, Cisco Video Bars, Touch Controls etc.
  • Strong skills in troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • For Resident Engineer at a PSU in NCR
  • Relevant certifications in a related field is preferred
  • Experience in managing and troubleshooting Video Conferencing systems
