About the Role:

We're looking for a
Senior Product Designer
who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth consumer environments. In this role, you'll take ownership of designing delightful and effective experiences for millions of users across mobile and web platforms. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver intuitive and scalable design solutions that enhance the learning experience for students nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Leadership:
  • Own end-to-end design workflows for core B2C products — from concept, wireframes, and prototypes to high-fidelity UIs and developer handoff.
  • User-Centered Focus:
  • Drive user empathy through research, usability testing, and data-backed design iterations. Understand the diverse needs of learners in Tier 2/3 cities and make design accessible, engaging, and efficient.
  • Collaboration & Execution:
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, marketing, and curriculum to bring seamless user journeys to life.
  • Consistency at Scale:
  • Maintain and evolve design systems, UI kits, and component libraries to ensure visual and interaction consistency across all PW platforms.
  • Impact Orientation:
  • Design for real outcomes—optimize for activation, retention, learning performance, and conversion while ensuring user delight.
  • Mentorship:
  • Support junior designers with guidance and feedback, and contribute to building a culture of design excellence and experimentation.
  • Innovation:
  • Stay ahead of consumer tech, B2C UI/UX trends, and GenZ behavior patterns to design experiences that resonate with today's learners.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of product design experience, ideally in consumer-tech, edtech, or mobile-first platforms.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking and measurable impact.
  • Mastery of Figma and deep knowledge of its latest features (auto-layouts, variables, component properties, etc.).
  • Solid foundation in UX principles, interaction design, and responsive UI.
  • Strong understanding of B2C product metrics and how design contributes to user engagement and retention.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in agile teams and collaborating with cross-functional squads.
  • Ability to balance speed with craft in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
