Senior Product Designer

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
Type: FTC – 6 Months
Experience Required: 5–7 years

We are hiring a Senior Product Designer to focus on admin portals and enterprise configuration tools. These platforms power business-critical operations and require intuitive design to ensure non-technical users can configure, monitor, and manage systems effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design admin dashboards, control panels, and configuration workflows.

  • Simplify complex system settings into user-friendly interfaces.

  • Map user journeys for enterprise administrators.

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define requirements.

  • Deliver high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and production-ready assets.

  • Incorporate usability and accessibility standards into every feature.

  • Conduct research sessions with admin users to validate assumptions.

  • Iterate quickly based on real-world feedback.

  • Ensure designs are scalable across enterprise-scale applications.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years designing B2C or enterprise admin tools.

  • Portfolio demonstrating admin dashboards or configuration systems.

  • Strong skills in UX flows and interaction design.

  • Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools.

  • Understanding of enterprise workflows and system dependencies.

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
