Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Branch Manager located in Chinthamani Madurai. The Assistant Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with company policies, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include managing and supervising staff, achieving branch targets, processing loan applications, resolving customer queries, and maintaining the branch's overall performance in alignment with organizational goals. Collaboration with the team to enhance productivity and contribute to business growth will also be a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and team management skills to guide staff and ensure branch success
  • Operational skills, including branch management, compliance, and process optimization
  • Customer-focused skills, including query resolution and maintaining high service standards
  • Sales and marketing competencies to drive revenue and achieve branch targets
  • Analytical skills for assessing loan applications and other financial operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in financial services or NBFC roles is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
