Job Title: Assistant Branch Manager (ABM)

Department: Branch Operations & Sales Support Location: Assigned Branch – Karur and surrounding areas Reporting To: Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recovery Supervision & Field Allocation

  • Conduct daily recovery meetings with the recovery and operations teams.
  • Personally follow up with overdue customers for collections when required.
  • Allocate pending recovery cases to the Recovery Executive or Field Staff.
  • Monitor performance of recovery follow-ups and update status in CRM.

2. Operational Support & Gold Appraisal Coordination

  • Assist Operations Inside team in:
  • Coordinating and verifying gold appraisals.
  • Reviewing customer documentation.
  • Overseeing the gold loan process from appraisal to disbursal.
  • Ensure smooth handling of repledging, interest collection, and gold release processes.

3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and high satisfaction.
  • Personally handle premium and dissatisfied customers to ensure retention.
  • Collect customer feedback and address minor grievances.

4. Sales & Marketing Support

  • Actively support the Branch Manager in achieving branch sales targets.
  • Contribute ideas and execution support for local marketing campaigns, tie-ups, and promotional drives.
  • Motivate team to participate in lead generation, upselling, and renewals.

5. Reporting & Coordination

  • Collect daily reports from:
  • Operations Inside team
  • Recovery Executive/Field Team
  • Compile and submit performance reports to the Branch Manager regularly.
  • Keep track of team KPIs and pending actions to support branch efficiency.

6. Team Coordination & Meetings

  • Coordinate internal meetings with operations, recovery, and sales teams.
  • Share updates, targets, and operational instructions as per the Branch Manager's direction.
  • Ensure inter-departmental communication is smooth and task-oriented.

7. Acting Branch Manager (In Absence)

  • Take full charge of branch operations in the absence of the Branch Manager, including:
  • Handling escalations
  • Approving daily transactions
  • Managing staff and ensuring business continuity

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹23,000.00 per month
