Job Description Roles & Responsibilities:  Handling front office activities like students counselling Handling telephone enquiries etc.  Be the front facing individual at the Academy and address queries and refer to the right individual at the Academy.  Mentor guide and counsel students and parents about our courses and programs.  Manage the day-to-day MIS at the Academy.  Manage the scheduling and time tabling of the Academy activities in coordination with all staff and Students.  Attending and managing phone calls at front desk.  Participate in Events Job Fairs etc. as per requirement.  Handling Student Enquiries.  Participate in Events Job Fairs etc. as per requirement.  Tele calling as per requirement on day-to-day basis.  Coordinating day-to-day operations of the Academy.  Well organized working style with excellent time management skills.  Any other task entrusted by the Project Director from time to time. Desired Candidate: ● Possess good communication and English Telugu language skills. ● Must have worked in a reputed educational/training institute dealing with IT and Media and Entertainment sector. ● Well organized working style with excellent time management skills. ● Fair working knowledge with MS office and Internet.Education/Experience
