ACE Facade Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced
Purchase Manager (Façade Field)
to manage end-to-end procurement activities for ongoing and upcoming façade projects. The role demands strong vendor management, cost control, and coordination with project and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage procurement of façade materials aligned with project schedules
  • Source, evaluate, and finalize vendors for aluminium systems, glass, hardware, sealants, and cladding materials
  • Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and delivery timelines to ensure cost efficiency
  • Coordinate with project, planning, and site teams to ensure timely material availability
  • Issue purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure compliance with approved specifications
  • Monitor inventory levels, control material costs, and resolve supply-chain issues

Qualifications & Experience

  • B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline
  • 5–10 years
    of relevant experience in façade procurement and vendor management
  • Strong knowledge of aluminium façade systems, glass, hardware, sealants, ACP, GRC/GFRC, and cladding products
  • Proven expertise in negotiation, cost control, and vendor evaluation
  • Excellent coordination, documentation, and communication skills
