About the Role

Pasari Group is looking to hire a Human Resource Manager to independently manage the HR function across our organization. This is a hands-on role, suited for someone who has worked in growing Indian organizations and understands people management, compliance, recruitment, and HR operations in depth.

This position is ideal for a professional seeking a stable, long-term role in a professionally managed business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end HR operations management
  • Recruitment and onboarding across departments
  • Handling attendance, leave, payroll coordination and HR documentation
  • Managing statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labour laws, etc.)
  • Employee relations, grievance handling, and performance support
  • Drafting and maintaining HR policies and SOPs
  • Coordination with management on manpower planning
  • Ensuring discipline, process adherence, and HR reporting
  • Overseeing the facility management department

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5–7 years of relevant HR experience
  • Prior experience as an HR Manager / Senior HR Executive
  • Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and HR compliance
  • Experience working in SMEs / family-run / mid-sized organizations
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Good communication skills (English, Hindi; Bengali preferred)

  • Female candidates preferred
  • Stable career history — candidates with frequent job changes in the last 3 years may not be considered
  • Currently based in Kolkata or willing to commute daily
  • Looking for a long-term association

Compensation

  • CTC: ₹4,50,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum
  • Salary will be offered based on experience and role fit

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹450, ₹650,000.00 per year
