We are looking for a skilled Database Engineer to join our team and play a key role in managing and optimizing cloud-based database environments.

Role Overview

As a DB Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing AWS Aurora MySQL and/or PostgreSQL environments. You will leverage your expertise in database performance tuning, migrations, and automation to ensure reliability, scalability, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize AWS Aurora MySQL/PostgreSQL environments.

• Design robust database architecture, ensuring scalability and performance.

• Perform SQL query optimization and database performance tuning.

• Execute seamless on-prem to AWS migrations using AWS Database Migration Service (DMS).

• Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform (database, networking, security configurations).

• Automate database extracts and tasks using PowerShell, Python, or Bash scripting.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in Aurora MySQL and/or PostgreSQL database management.

• Strong skills in SQL, query optimization, and performance tuning.

• Hands-on expertise with AWS DMS for database migrations.

• Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure management.

• Automation skills with PowerShell, Python, or Bash.

Work Mode

• Hybrid: 2 days Work From Office (Hyderabad) per week.
