Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Study Abroad Counsellor. The role involves providing personalized counseling to students pursuing higher education opportunities abroad and helping them navigate application processes. Responsibilities include discussing university options, assisting with application requirements, and preparing students for interviews and admissions. The counselor will also maintain communication with students and institutions while providing accurate guidance throughout the process.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Knowledge of study-abroad programs, university admissions requirements, and application procedures
  • Organizational abilities, time management, and attention to detail for handling multiple applications
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication in US
  • Experience in counseling, education, or relevant academic support fields is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Communications, or a related field
  • A passion for helping others achieve their academic and career goals
