Job Summary

To ensure the business meets procurement needs by ensuring prompt creation of Supplier on boarding, business support in SCBUY.

Business

Vendor Management:

• To perform the clean-up activity on the vendor master.
• Removing the duplicate vendors in PSAP & SCBUY.
• Ensure the DQ attributes on the Data transfer from SCBUY & PSAP to S4 Hanna

Processes

• Exploring the system at the maximum possibility and highlighting any system issues to the technology.
• Perform UVT and PVT for the system changes in relation to S4 Hanna deployment
• Ensuring the smooth run of the change deployment from old system to new system

People & Talent

• Good understanding & experience of procurement process
• Effective presentation and communication skills
• Problem solving ability

Risk Management

• Problem solving ability

Qualifications

• UG/PG with 3 year experience in Supplier on boarding
