About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Center Head to lead our Lakmé Academy Powered by Aptech – Satellite Road Branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving admissions, managing centre operations, ensuring high-quality academic delivery, and leading the center team to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive admissions, revenue growth, and meet monthly targets.
  • Manage overall centre operations, audits, compliance, and administration.
  • Lead and motivate a team of Counselors, Trainers, and Support Staff.
  • Ensure excellent student experience through quality training & grievance resolution.
  • Conduct local marketing activities to boost enquiries and conversions.
  • Oversee batch planning, academic delivery, events, and workshops.
  • Maintain daily reporting, collections, and fee follow-ups.
  • Ensure center readiness, hygiene, and infrastructure maintenance.

Requirements

  • Graduate / Postgraduate
  • 3–6 years experience in education, training, beauty, or service industry
  • Strong sales orientation and experience in achieving business targets
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and customer-service skills
  • Ability to manage operations and handle multitasking effectively
