Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Enterprise Business Manager located in Gurugram. The Enterprise Business Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and developing strategic opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and building long-term client relationships. The role will involve collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, delivering financial performance through effective management, and contributing to strategy formulation and execution. This position requires efficient communication with stakeholders, identifying customer needs, negotiating contracts, and developing actionable plans for achieving organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Business Management and the ability to oversee and lead business functions effectively.
- Proven Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities to evaluate data and strategize accordingly.
- Solid Finance knowledge to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and support fiscal decision-making processes.
- Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders, clients, and team members.
- Proficiency in Sales to execute strategies for customer acquisition, onboarding, and long-term business growth.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the capability to adapt to changing priorities and a dynamic work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required, while MBA or equivalent qualifications would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with ICT, digital transformation, networking, or related industries is highly desirable.
