Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development Project Sales

Identify and target upcoming commercial, residential, hospitality, and institutional projects in the assigned territory.

Generate project leads through market mapping, cold calling, and industry networking.

Drive specification and product approvals with architects, consultants, and project management companies.

2. Client & Stakeholder Management

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders builders, developers, contractors, plumbing consultants, architects, and interior designers.

Ensure product approvals and convert specifications into actual sales.

3. Sales Closure & Revenue Achievement

Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Convert identified project opportunities into confirmed orders.

Coordinate with channel partners for price negotiation and order execution.

4. Cross-functional Coordination

Liaise with internal teams (Logistics, Customer Support, Service, and Finance) to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.

Provide technical/product support to clients during installation and handover stages.

5. Reporting & CRM

Maintain and update project funnel and client data through internal CRM systems.

Prepare regular MIS reports, forecasts, and market insights for management.

Familiarity with bath fittings, plumbing products, or related industries

Understanding of project sales cycle and key influencers

Prior experience in bath fittings, sanitaryware, tiles, lighting, paints, or building materials industry

Exposure to B2B project sales, institutional sales, or large-scale construction projects.
