Delivery Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a Delivery Manager with strong expertise in design and delivery across SAP, TMS, and Tier-1 WMS platforms (Manhattan Active WM, Blue Yonder WMS), combined with proven leadership and program management capabilities. This role will be accountable for driving the successful delivery of projects in workstreams within the WMS modernization program, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, and stakeholder expectations are met. The Delivery Manager will lead cross-functional and vendor teams, manage dependencies, and provide oversight from design through rollout and hyper care.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Design & Delivery, SAP Enhancements, Label & Documents

• Lead design, development, and governance for WMS Modernization:
• Integrations using AP Integration Suite (CPI, API Management, Event Mesh) or other middleware
• SAP T-code and program modifications that are needed for supporting existing business functionalities
• Labels and Document changes that are needed for new system.
• Oversee end-to-end integration across SAP S/4HANA, Manhattan Active WM / Blue Yonder WMS, TMS systems, and warehouse automation technologies (conveyors, robotics, AutoStore, voice/parcel systems).
• Define and enforce integration patterns (APIs, events, middleware) aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Ensure integrations and SAP program modifications are scalable, secure, resilient, and DR-ready.
• Partner with SAP, WMS, TMS, BI, and automation vendors to ensure seamless data flow and process alignment.
• Manage delivery of Labels and Documents that needs to be printed from new WMS system

Program & Stakeholder Leadership

• Act as the integration authority across WMS, SAP, TMS, and automation workstreams.
• Serve as the Delivery Manager for assigned scope of workstreams, and responsible for project planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams (developers, analysts, QA, vendor consultants) to deliver milestones on time and within budget.
• Partner with Program Leadership, Enterprise Architects, and Business Analysts to align on requirements, timelines, and dependencies.
• Support SIT, UAT, performance testing, and rollout readiness, ensuring integration test coverage and issue resolution.
• Escalate risks, manage RAID logs, and drive mitigation strategies in coordination with PMO.

Governance & Support

• Establish standards, templates, and best practices for implementation.
• Oversee workstream documentation, mapping, and end-to-end traceability.
• Ensure proper support model is defined for hypercare and post-go-live phases.
• Drive alignment with IT governance, security, compliance, and audit requirements.

Leadership & Delivery Management

• Provide day-to-day leadership for internal and vendor resources across global teams.
• Manage vendor performance and ensure deliverables are aligned to scope, SLAs, and as per Company standards.
• Actively monitor and report delivery progress, KPIs, and program health to leadership and steering committees.
• Coach, mentor, and develop talent across the team; foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure strong coordination across interdependent workstreams (SAP, WMS, TMS, BI, Automation, Custom Development).

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (Masters preferred).

Experience:

• 15+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in program/project delivery leadership.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale modernization or supply chain transformation projects.
• Experience managing global, distributed delivery teams and multiple vendor engagements.

Skills:

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and vendor management capabilities.
• Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile/Hybrid/Waterfall).
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and executive reporting skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Manhattan Active WM, Blue Yonder WMS, and SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC.
• Strong background in SAP Integration Suite (CPI, API Mgmt, Event Mesh) and enterprise integrations.
• PMP, SAFe, or equivalent project management certification.
• Prior experience as a Delivery Manager in WMS/TMS/ERP modernization programs.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and microservices architecture.
• Experience with performance testing, SIT/UAT coordination, and multi-site rollouts.
