Position: Delivery Manager

Location: India, Remote

Experience level: 10+ years

Job Overview: We are looking for a Delivery Manager who can take ownership of multiple initiatives, lead teams with vision, and ensure seamless delivery with high customer satisfaction. As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery across multiple projects. You will oversee project planning, execution, and client communication, while also managing and mentoring talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, evolved into project management, and proven experience in the IT services industry.

Roles and Responsibility:

  • Manage delivery of multiple client initiatives, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost efficiency.
  • Work closely with clients to understand requirements, manage expectations, and build trusted partnerships.
  • Hire, mentor, and grow high-performing technical and project teams.
  • Drive adoption of best practices in project management, development, and delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales and leadership teams on proposals, estimates, and resource planning.
  • Build a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within the delivery organization.
  • Lead discovery and POC development for a new technology stack.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 10 years of experience in software development & project delivery (mix of hands-on tech + leadership roles).
  • Strong experience in the IT services industry (client-facing delivery).
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects/programs simultaneously.
  • Strong background in talent management: hiring, mentoring, and team development.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred

  • Exposure to global clients across US/EU markets.
  • PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications (a plus, not mandatory).

Working Hours: This is a remote role with 8 working hours 4 hours are flexible, and 4 hours are fixed from 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST.
