Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Customer Support Executive during the night shift. The Customer Support Executive will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing and addressing customer inquiries, providing technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering online support services. The role involves direct interaction with customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide an excellent customer service experience.

  • Customer Support, Customer Service, and Online Support skills
  • Technical Support and Problem-Solving skills
  • Dedicated to ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a night shift environment
  • Previous experience in a customer support role is beneficial
  • Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent work experience
