Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad. The Business Partner will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, developing business strategies, and identifying opportunities for growth. Day-to-day tasks include client meetings, negotiating contracts, coordinating with different departments to ensure client satisfaction, and monitoring market trends and competitors.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Business development, strategic planning, and market analysis experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
  • Background in travel industry and customer service is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
