Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bhubaneswar for the position of Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Human Resources. The role involves overseeing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and fostering human resource development. The AGM will ensure alignment of HR functions with the organization's goals while leading a team to address strategic and operational HR needs effectively.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Human Resources (HR) with a strong understanding of HR Management and HR Policies
  • Expertise in Human Resource Development and Employee Relations
  • Well-versed in organizational leadership and team management
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage HR operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Proven analytical and decision-making skills
  • Postgraduate degree in HR, Business Management, or related field preferred
  • Experience in facility management or a related industry is advantageous
