Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 5 - 10 years of experience in mortgage operations, MIS reporting, or underwriting.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with compliance tools (e.g., LexisNexis, Accurint) and regulatory frameworks.

Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to UK/US/Australian mortgage processes
  • Familiarity with automation interventions and process transformation initiatives
  • Prior experience in managing audits or regulatory inspections.

Key Responsibilities

MIS & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for production, quality scores, SLA adherence, and risk indicators
  • Enable visual dashboarding for proactive governance and predictable operations
  • Conduct root cause analysis for SLA misses and quality defects; track corrective actions to closure

  • Perform time and motion studies, Gemba walks, and SUT analysis to identify productivity gains
