Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer (Civil) to lead project planning, execution, and completion. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and proven experience in handling end-to-end civil projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and manage all civil project activities from initiation to completion.
  • Prepare and review project drawings, BOQs, and execution schedules.
  • Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and contractors to ensure project quality and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress, cost, and material usage to stay within budget.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and government authorities.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical/site issues.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
  • Prepare project progress reports, billing details, and documentation.
  • Support management with project forecasting and resource planning.

Requirements:

  • B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in project execution, preferably in commercial, industrial, or residential projects.
  • Strong knowledge of civil construction processes, materials, and quality control.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Excel.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
  • Immediate joiner preferred.
  • Local candidates from Ahmedabad or nearby areas only.
