  • Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials.
  • Effective communication with colleagues, contractors, andsubcontractors.
  • Collaborative work with other Engineers / Draftsmen & on-site teams.
  • Quick identification and understanding of project challenges.
  • Attention to Detail & Resource allocation.
  • Maintaing Data Skills.
  • Knowledge of software: MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD and MS Office.
  • Supporting Seniors in Timely Planning, scheduling, monitoring and control To be flexible and willing in approach as instructed by Management from time to time.
