Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Hyderabad, for an Assistant Manager Research and Development Formulations. The role involves leading and managing the development of pharmaceutical formulations, designing and optimizing formulations, and supervising the research team. Additional responsibilities include monitoring project timelines, ensuring regulatory compliance during formulation processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet objectives efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in formulation development, process optimization, and scale-up activities.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and quality compliance requirements related to pharmaceutical development.
  • Experience in research and development, problem-solving, and project management within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Educational background: Master's or Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field; relevant industry certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
