Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position for a Research Assistant based in Hyderabad. The Research Assistant will be responsible for conducting experiments, analyzing data, and assisting in the daily activities of the laboratory. Tasks also include contributing to ongoing research projects, preparing reports, and ensuring the maintenance of laboratory equipment and compliance with safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills, including critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in Research and Laboratory Skills, including experiment execution and troubleshooting
  • Experience in Data Analysis, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective Communication skills for writing reports and collaborating with team members
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a research or laboratory setting is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and within a team, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
