At POD - Josh Technology Group, We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Knowledge and Assessment Strategist to join our team. In this role youll dive deep into the curriculum of varied disciplines, design domain assessments, create and validate aptitude question banks, and ensure these assessments are outcome-driven to meet the clients needs.
Required Experience:
0-3 years of experience in Research and Assessment and Learning Content Design/Creation(We are hiring for both freshers and experienced candidates).
Work Location:
Gurugram/Gurgaon - Work from the office.

Bachelor's/Masters degree in any field with related equivalent work experience and a strong portfolio will also be considered.

What do we do?

The real time and detailed dashboards of these modules help colleges analyse how multiple departments contribute to students overall growth and how the collective efforts contribute to the achievement of the ultimate goal of the student, his/her employability.
Our approach is centered on delivering results, and we provide a comprehensive range of services, such as Placement Management Tools, Assessment Packages, Classes, Webinars, and Contests/Events, to support this vision. These offerings work together to foster departmental cohesion. The real-time, detailed dashboards give colleges the ability to analyze how each department contributes to student growth, ensuring that all efforts align to the ultimate goal of improving employability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Research: Research course curriculums across disciplines and create structured course indexes.
- Industry Research: Gain insights into industry requirements and trends, and develop assessments aligned with them.
- Vendor Research: Identify and evaluate vendors supplying questions, collaborate to meet requirements, and ensure quality standards.
- Assessment Design: Develop questions, question banks, and assessments based on course index.
- Question Content Identification: Leverage research expertise to source and validate questions through external vendors, online research, and AI, ensuring high-quality content.
- Coding Question Curation: Curate and design coding questions and technical assessments to ensure relevance, quality, and alignment with learning objectives. Prior experience in coding or coding question design is a plus.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with the sales and engagement teams to analyze client (educational institutions) requirements and design tailored assessment strategies.
- Align Learning Outcomes: Understand the Course Outcomes (COs) and Program Outcomes (POs) of assigned subjects or specializations. Evaluate these outcomes and define learning tracks that align with the COs and POs.
- Technology Utilization: Understand and effectively use the technology platform to generate assessments. Collaborate with the technical team to optimize platform functionality.
- Continuous Improvement: Adapt and strategize assessments based on client feedback and student performance analysis.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
