Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive at Aarti Industries Ltd., located in Jhagadia. The Senior Executive will be responsible for managing daily operations, overseeing project execution, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Additional responsibilities include monitoring production processes, optimizing resource utilization, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication between teams to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in chemical industry operations and project management
- Proficiency in process optimization and resource utilization
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of safety and quality compliance standards
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in multi-disciplinary collaboration is a plus
