Position Title: Executive
- Invoicing (Off roll)

Number of Vacancy: 2

Reporting to: Assistant Manager Logistic

Location: Jhagadia Factory

PROFILE
- THIS POSITION WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAILY INVOICING
- ENSURING PROPER DISPATCH DOCUMENTATION, MTC, EWB, ETC.
- DATA ENTRY IN ERP SOFTWARE AND COMPLETION OF ALL STEPS
- MAINTAINING RECORDS RELATED TO FG SALES.
- COMMUNICATION WITH PRODUCTION & QC FOR MATERIAL POSTING & MTC.
- ALLOCATING VEHICLE TO LOADING SUPERVISORS.
- CO-ORDINATING WITH SECURITY GATE FOR VEHICLE INWARD & OUTWARD RELATED ISSUES.
- OTHER ACTIVITY AS & WHEN ASSIGNED.
- ENSURING THAT EXCEPTIONS, DEVIATIONS ETC ARE HIGHLIGHTED PROACTIVELY TO SENIORS
SHOULD BE ABLE TO WORK IN A DISCIPLINED AND SYSTEMATIC MANNER AND POSSESS DECENT OPERATING SPEED ON COMPUTER.

**Qualifications**
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION - GRADUATE PREFERABLY IN COMMERCE / SCIENCE

EXPERIENCE -AROUND 2 to 4 YEARS IN A FACTORY / MANUFACTURING SET-UP WITH EXPOSURE TO INVOICING AND ALLIED TASKS
