**Execution Support
- BE/Diploma with 8 years experience**
Review detailed engineering documents, i.e. instrument index, I/O count, Instrument spec.P&ID's, etc.
Review control logic, interl locks.
Review instrument BOQ and prepare PR.
Carried out new instruments installation, configuration, calibration, and Loop checking and commissioning Activities
Issue work permit and ensure safety compliace at site
Hot and cold loop checking; Calibration of all types of controls Valve
Review & Verification of Instrument Index, cable and JB schedule, Datasheet, Hook-up and P&ID & Tag.;
Review & Verification of Cable Tray Route & JB location as per location diagram, Instrument Cable Block Diagram, Wiring Diagram, Loop Diagram, I/O List, As-built Drawings Mark up
Preparation of Bill of Materials (BOM).
Reviewing engineering drawings, layouts, diagrams, technical specifications, cost estimates for erection & commission of the plant.
Handling erection & commissioning of equipment such as transmitters, gauges, switches, RTDs and thermocouples as per HOOK-UP drawings and locating the tapping points for instruments on piping by referring to drawings
Prepare as built drawing and project handover documents.
Contractor bill checking & certification
