Job Title: It Sales Executive

The Business Developer is responsible for identifying, prospecting, and securing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the company's products or services.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify New Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients or business opportunities that align with the company's goals and objectives. This may involve market research, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies for generating leads and prospecting new clients. This may include cold calling, email outreach, and leveraging social media platforms.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the company's products or services. Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for clients.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Lead the sales process from initial contact to closure, including conducting presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. Collaborate with other team members, such as sales representatives and account managers, to achieve sales targets.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion. Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Use this information to adapt strategies and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) or any IT field
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop actionable plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
