Senior Recruiter

What You'll Do

  • Be the strategic hiring partner for clients and internal teams—understand requirements deeply, ask the right questions, and deliver talent that fits, fast.
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle: job ads, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers—you name it.
  • Go beyond traditional sourcing: don't just rely on job boards—leverage social media, niche communities, referrals, AI-driven tools, ATS magic, and your own network.
  • Bring market intelligence to the table: track competitor hiring, salary benchmarks, and emerging talent pools to keep us ahead.
  • Constantly experiment, innovate, and refine—because recruitment isn't static, and neither are we.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of hardcore recruitment experience across domains.
  • Proven track record of hiring under tight timelines in high-volume or niche environments.
  • Full grasp of modern recruitment tools, ATS, AI sourcing techniques, boolean searches, and talent mapping.
  • Strong client and stakeholder management skills—you can push back, influence, and deliver without losing trust.
  • A true go-getter—proactive, resourceful, and who thrives under deadlines.
  • Strong communicator who can balance professionalism with energy and impact.
  • Analytical mindset to slice data, track run rates, and use insights to improve your approach.
