Administration Executive

Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office administration and smooth functioning of facilities.
- Handle petty cash and maintain expense records.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Maintain files, documents, and records (physical & digital).
- Assist with billing, invoice processing, and procurement.
- Support HR with attendance, employee records, and basic admin tasks.
- Organize travel, meetings, and office events.
- Provide general support to management and team.
Key Skills Required:
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Male candidates required.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and pay attention to detail.
- Positive attitude with problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and record keeping.
