Job Description: Cashier-Bund Garden (Full-Time)

We are currently seeking a professional and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team at Bund Garden. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience

- Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently

- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area

- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services

- Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues in a professional manner

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Cashier or in a similar role in the retail industry

- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment, such as cash registers and POS systems

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
