Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation.
- Support in scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and coordinating basic office communications.
- Maintain records, office supplies, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide support to senior staff in preparing reports, presentations, and other office-related tasks.
- Help ensure smooth functioning of office operations by assisting in general coordination and follow-ups.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, or related any fields.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a professional environment.
- Must know local language (Kannada)
